Now that we know your budget - the fun begins! I will set you up on a personalized search through Compass Collections so you can familiarize yourself with market inventory. I’ll set up a filter for the home you are looking for. You’ll be notified every time a new home hits the market that fits your search criteria.
It’s time to talk with a lender! Before beginning your search, we need to understand your buying power and establish a price range. Based on your income and credit history, the lender will determine how much the bank will lend you, which will help you determine the price range for your search.
The first step! I’ll walk you through the process of buying a home and answer any questions you have. Purchasing a home is one of the most significant investments you'll make and having an experienced real estate professional by your side makes all the difference.
