How far in advance should I reach out as a buyer?

What areas do you serve?
I always recommend reaching out as soon as possible. We can discuss any potential work or preparation that needs to be done on your home in order to get the best price (decluttering, painting, landscaping, etc) and review the recent sales in your neighborhood. Knowledge is power!
